I worked at Tenaris as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Training programs had somewhat good reviews

    Cons

Didn't get my access to begin my projects until my sixth week and had 2 weeks to complete. Dealt constant hurdles with IT/Permissions to access files. Had to call daily for grant of access of software from IT in Argentina, and Interns were on a low priority basis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the time to plan roles around access of resources
Have better planning management and reassignment of projectts

    Pros

Great place to develop a long time career, lots of training, safety improving every day, very analytically oriented, lots of opportunities to grow, specially for young people.

    Cons

Company trying to reduce the headcounts in all levels leaving the people overloaded. Still not a people oriented company. Plants that are not in Houston are in the middle of nowhere, which makes the talent runaway.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maintain the people by trying to improve their work-life balance.
