    Pros

They pay about 4 dollars more an hour then other companies and are flexible with arrival time to work. That's about it for pros.

    Cons

High productivity standards and bad training program. I had no training at all. They expect you to be between 93 and 100 % and then they don't supply enough computers to do point of service.

    Advice to Management

Where are the ipads? Every other company has iapds and can document while they work. It's very hard to provide good therapy when you're treating so many people at once.

    Pros

Great benefits, flexible hours, flexible days to work including weekend, company really keeps up with all insurance changes and medicare changes, educates the managers and staff on changes. Also offers upper management support to keep up with the changes. All documentation is on computer and software gets updated before the medicare changes are implemented.

    Cons

Company strategies and system changes with the changes in Medicare regulations each year, so employees who are not open to take the challenge of learning new system, finds it very difficult to adjust and get comfortable.

    Advice to Management

Be open to listen to all the staff members including the managers and address any issue that is brought up to their attention.

    Pros

Good salary, ceu reimbursement, many locations.

    Cons

Unrealistic productivity requirements. Poor management, even though there is a compliance officer, she listens to regionals and directors before she considers the staff's complaints. Hostile work environment, you pretty much stay after work hours everyday, but are forced to put that extra time under lunch.

    Advice to Management

Lower the productivity expectations. Directors and managers need to listen to staff's complaints.

    Pros

Fellow therapists are great and hard working. Directors are good. Benefits are good. Opportunity to earn CEU's. Has multiple facilities.

    Cons

100+% Productivity. Must earn time off before you can use time off. Some unethical non staff therapists. Unrealistic views on overtime and productivity. Concurrent treatments.

    Advice to Management

Give time off earned for all holidays and for everyone no matter their belief.

    Pros

Generous pay, good benefits, many locations in my area.

    Cons

Extremely unrealistic productivity demands, lack of accountability and communication from management. Many policies (e.g.: only one staff member off per day, prorated holidays and PTO for employees working <40*/week, PTO payout unless rollover is requested) are not communicated. Difficult to get approval for use of PTO. Staff is docked PTO at time and a half for any unapproved overtime - even if it's only a few minutes, and even if it is due to manager over scheduling! Staff often encouraged to meet unrealistic productivity demands by punching out early, working off the clock after work or through mandatory lunch breaks.

    Advice to Management

Take employee concerns / requests seriously and respond in a timely fashion.

    Pros

    Decent pay, fairly flexible schedule

    Cons

100% productivity standards, overworked, no raise, poor managment, low level patients with high RUGS, given 10-12 patients 8-9hrs worth with concurrent treats expected to see even when bedside/ given hard time, told 1 weekend a month sometimes end up working 12 days in a row or more weekends no extra pay no holiday pay perks

    Pros

Salary is good but comes at a price.

    Cons

Impossible productivity standards unless you are willing to commit fraud. Productivity is the number one concern with Tender Touch. Good therapists step over the line to maintain the productivity standards in order to keep their jobs.

    Advice to Management

Lower the productivity standard to promote good care without the constant worry. The expected standards are not reasonable unless one is willing to bill and document fraudulently.

    Pros

Good team of c-workers, CEU money

    Cons

Supervisors and superiors are bullies. Constant hostile work environment. No room to climb a career ladder, no learning. Demand to leave early when caseload is low, demand to stay later when caseload is high. Inflexible. Leave many "gray areas" in the hands of the therapists, then criticize when done not to their expectations. Favoritism by superiors. The therapist is at their supervisors mercy, higher up always takes the side of the supervisor when conflict arises.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employes. Quit micro-managing. When an employees gives advice for positive change, don't just pretend to listen and then never act upon it. Define clearly what is expected of employees. Treat all employees with respect. Allow ambitious employees to climb the career ladder.
