Pros
store level management is often flexible, clients are fun, you get to learn about a lot of unique products, casual work attire
Cons
pay is low, upper management seems uninterested in development of lower level employees, the technology in the stores is subpar
Advice to Senior Management
invest in new technology, monitor your store-level management more closely, offer more training for employees, refine the inventory management system
