Pros

A company with ethical behavior
Good training is provided

Challenging projects
Cons
A large amount of travel is involved
Salary does not seem to be linked at all to performance
Performance reviews are more focused on "identifying and filling the gaps in your skills" than on working out how best to use the skills you already have to benefit the company i.e. micro view rather than macro view
HR is just awful (as usual) - Bill Gates could be working there and they would be trying to limit his salary as a BASIC programmer rather than identifying his potential to the company
Advice to Senior Management
You have world class people in your organization that are being treated as commodities. Work out a way to identify them and use them appropriately. It is easy - monitor who is actually delivering.
Pros
Really smart, intelligent hard working employees.
Interesting projects and opportunities to learn new technologies.. I learned a lot.
Flexibility in schedule.
Cons
Unhealthy environment. Management have no idea about skill sets. Little opportunity to grow. Petty competition rather than collaboration throughout the org. Too many big egos and inexperienced managemers.
Advice to Senior Management
Understand people's skill sets. People are underutilized for their skills and overworked. Get some training for your managers or hire some experience managers.
