Pros
People are really focused and diligent on their line of work
Good work-life balance with flexible working hours
Business is in a good position to grow dramatically (if executed correctly)
Not much political game playing at workplace
A good mix of talents, old and young, experienced and freshCons
Some processes exist just because they are predefined and existing.
Compensation is low for talented employees
Groups and product teams work in silos without sufficient communication across.
Management is afraid of change and risk.
Some people tend not to break out of their comfort zones and experiment with new ideasAdvice to Senior Management
Create a new branding image as a high-tech company and detach from the old NCR image
Attract more younger talents
Listen to the foot soldiers and provide executive coaching more
Reeducate the middle management and line managers
Be cautiously aggressive, more on aggresiveness though
