Pros – A good mid sized highly ambitious company. Lots of work and good opportunity to gain a lot of hands on experience. Client interaction from day 1. A company that you wanna start your career and gain good experience and may be move on after an year or two. Growing company with a good work culture and no nonsense management.
Cons – Its initially tough to find yourself understanding their product though you would get used to it later on. Lots of complaints from new hires generally when they start and at times you need to slog for long hours. Here, it either a 35 hr week or a 70 hr week. May be at times people here feel that they are under paid. People call it as a one happy family, but they miss the bonding and hence looks like out of sorts at times.
Advice to Senior Management – Its a great model, the model speaks for ourself , we have been attracting lots of clients and we are hiring actively even in the times of recession. But, why are we not able to hold on to a lot of people for long spells of time, because there are no events or any activities that would develop team spirit among the colleagues and even if there are one or two dinners here and there, superior level of management stays aloof from them. Have to realize its the employees who are the backbone for everything a company achieves not the model by itself.

I worked at Terra Technology
Pros – The Software is fantastic and the company has incredible potential. This company is the great for people right out of college to gain experience and then move on.
Cons – While the company has excellent potential, it just can't seem to excel. The employee's are over worked and under appreciated. The Human resource department is not approachable and not very well versed in employee relations issues.
Advice to Senior Management – Communication is key, talk to your employees. Make sure there is consistency, you can not have one set of rule for one employee and an entirely different set of rules for the others.

I have been working at Terra Technology
Pros – Learn the supply chain process and whatever software you can. Many people take this job and stay less than a year.
Cons – There is no feedback from management, the deadlines are totally unreasonable, the morale is the lowest I have seen and there is totally no organization.
Advice to Senior Management – Learn how to manage properly and your turnover will slow down. They hire only friends and family. There is no useful training program for those who wish to learn the software and product.

I have been working at Terra Technology full-time for more than a year
Pros – The Customer Base, The Product. Solid Client and Implementation Exposure
Cons – Check Linkedin. Most Consultants do not stay here for more than 2 years. If you are into Consulting - you want to move on to the Big 4, if you into Supply Chain find a Corporate Gig. Bottom Line - use the job as a learning platform - Move on.

I have been working at Terra Technology full-time
Pros – People have excellent analytical and data analysis skills, some very big names in the CPG industry are customers and consultants get to work on the frontline
Cons – Average pay, long hours. Management and co-workers have trust issues, i.e. finger pointing / blaming is common when something goes wrong
Advice to Senior Management – Develop culture/core values in the firm. Also encourage trust, conduct team building exercises within teams. Stop looking at employees just as 'resources'.

I worked at Terra Technology
Pros – The management and their technical ability speak for themselves.
Cons – Treat Terra as a company to use to enhance your resume for a year/two and move on. Work with best of breed CPG clients and use this experience positively in your career. There are no internal processes no knowledge transfer, no clear communication from management.
When it comes to pay, its below standards for the complexity of the work. All in all use the company as a marketing tool for your resume, speak about the model and the technical challenges of 2/3 implementations your were a part of. Move on.
Advice to Senior Management – Great Math Models is not the only factor in building successful companies. Don't ignore the people factor.
