Pros
The people. Fun and scenic work environment. Top notch, knowledgable management.
Cons
Unless you're in sales or management, there's not much opportunity for advancement.
Advice to Senior Management
Create more opportunities for advancement. Listen to employees-they offer valid, helpful and good suggestions.
