    Pros

Over the years the pros have reduced. Can't think of anything.

    Cons

Freshers please consider this only if it's the last or only option. This might screw your career. HR is almost non existent Few managers are non technical and they seem to micro manage and put undue and unnecessary pressure Frequent organisation changes leaving people clueless Parent company facing lot of issues affecting trade and reputation Classic British moves loosing trust in Indian top mgmt now mostly Brit top layer

    Advice to Management

    You really need help!
