    Over the years the pros have reduced. Can't think of anything.

    Cons

    Freshers please consider this only if it's the last or only option. This might screw your career.

    HR is almost non existent
    Few managers are non technical and they seem to micro manage and put undue and unnecessary pressure
    Frequent organisation changes leaving people clueless
    Parent company facing lot of issues affecting trade and reputation
    Classic British moves loosing trust in Indian top mgmt now mostly Brit top layer

    Pros

    2yrs in GMO and you get a chance to go to UK.
    Very tough to grow inside the company.
    Good place to settle down .

    Cons

    No proper office room
    very poor management for freshers atleast.

    Pros

    Good Work-life Balance.Flexibility that managers provide. No work pressure. Drive and bureaucracy depends on Work level 3. Time-off policies are good.
    Mostly suitable for Lady colleagues and to people who want settle

    Cons

    Recent Organisational changes that are to embrace Agile was too strong. Could not be digested by all the employees.
    More UK driven. Should be less PLC driven.
    Off late now the company is Technology driven

    on-site opportunities only in particular team, especially in IL there is no onsite opportunities.
    There is no recognition to work. Only seniors get recognized

    Cons

    Nothing to say about that comes as the benifit in TESCO
    Even travelling time was worse to add to it.
