Former Employee – worked at Tesco Personal Finance full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great offices and an interesting mix in your everyday work. The team I worked in were really friendly and it was a great place to build your network. If you want to wake up smiling most days and looking forward to a rewarding day, working in a team, you'll love Tesco Bank

Cons – Rate of growth could be too much for some. I loved the Tesco Vision and Values but there were some who had come from a banking background who didn't take to the more personable aspects of "the Tesco Way".

Current Employee – been working at Tesco Personal Finance full-time for more than a year

Pros – Flexibility, job satisfaction and empowerment to do your job.

Cons – Communication can be poor at times, not a great a pay rise in comparison to other companies.

Advice to Senior Management – Tighten up communication and strike a balance between taking feedback from employees and making business decisions.
