    I worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals

    Pros

Very generous salary, bonus, 401K company matching, and health benefits.

    Cons

It's a 40 hour week vs. 35 hour week. No flex hours and telecommuting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I wish the company was never sold to Teva. It seems investment returns for shareholders are more important than employees.

    I worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals

    Pros

Your manager will make or break your experience with Teva. There are some good ones and some nut jobs. It is not huge mega pharma.

    Cons

There have been times that sales support has been lacking. A few of the managers are nut jobs. The products are not exactly exciting blockbusters.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some of the managers should have been screened a little better for personality defects. There should be more management training for lower level and new managers.

I have been working at Teva Pharmaceuticals as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Fixed working hours schedule for the first 3 contract period.

    Cons

The old time people are very hard to work with, they treat newly hired people like stupid! The worst is if new operator see something wrong and he or she voice it out, they will take it against the person, Its like if your new you don't have the right to see or speak about any wrong doing, Even deviation of SOP.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too many SOP's yet the very author is violating her own policy
