    Pros

The salary and atmosphere were good. I liked working there although it has been a long time. I did like working there though.

    Cons

Not much in the way of advancement. It seemed to be hard to move up or even move laterally while I was there. It was a good starting job though.

    Advice to Management

Need more of a company contribution for personal growth and more in the way of work-life balances. More and sooner promotions and salary increases would have been nice.

Very relaxed environment. Supervisors are really good about providing opportunities for employees to move up the ladder (training courses, etc.)

It sometimes takes a while to receive a promotion

    Advice to Management

Try to be more competitive where the pay grade is concerned.
