I have been working at Texas A&M-Kingsville part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The professors you work with are flexible with hours if you need time off. However, they expect you to cover every lab you're assigned to (which isn't a problem). They make sure that you're teaching schedule works well with your school schedule.

    Cons

None that I can really think of. Though dealing with the business office and making sure you're getting payed via direct deposit can be.. difficult.

    Advice to Management

Fix the business office, their system is archaic at best.
