I have been working at Texas Capital Bancshares full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great environment, great people, exceptional work/life balance, free wifi, encourages building relationships with one another, free soda/coffee/and always sweets around, a ton of upside.

    Cons

With such growth, there has been little infrastructure developed. However, that is good for people with drive and leadership ability to create opportunity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on infrastructure and succession.

I worked at Texas Capital Bancshares as a contractor

    Pros

First and foremost, the people of Texas Capital Bank care not only for its customers but also for its people. The atmosphere is friendly and courteous, technical support is good, and assignments are clearly defined.

    Cons

A certain resistance to change permeates processes and the employees that govern those processes and policies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Avoid stagnation in areas where little change has penetrated in many years.

    Pros

salaries are comparable to market rates, the bank is growing,

    Cons

very good old boy network, limited opportunities to move up in the company, employee morale is not very good.
