    Cons

none that I can think of. You must love collaboration with others and driving for results.

    Pros

In the heart of the TMC, good pay, decent benefits, TCH is growing like crazy, interesting work, smart people, and you are working to improve the lives of kids. Great work life balance. Everyone really cares about the kids and wants to do an exceptional job to make it a great place for them. They give you freedom and treat you like the professional that you are.

    Cons

Politics like any other place in this world, and some people are afraid to make obvious decisions without the advice of committees (or being it's okay by several different people).

    Advice to Management

Middle management is sometimes afraid to make decisions

    Pros

The culure at this organization is based on good old school values. Employees are treated very well and are compensated acordingly. They have a cash balance pension plan in addition to matching 403b.

    Cons

The upward mobility might be a bit slow because turn over is very small. Most leaders have been in their positons for more than 5 years and probably plan on retiring there.
