I have been working at Texas Health Resources (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Employee culture permeates the company. All employees are connected to the mission of the company and execute it on a daily basis.

    Cons

Although the company says they "live the promise", many examples of back stabbing and overall just not being supportive of hospital operations are prevalent. Tower just pushes another and another initiative down to the hospital. The tower continues to add more and more Chiefs! What about the support staff at the few hospitals that make the money!

    Advice to Management

Truly look at the support employees at the hospitals.
