    Pros

    Loved working at this awesome hospital. Husband's job moved us away. $10 per hour weekend shift different for nights and $6 for weekend days. On days $4 per hour starting at 1430. Profit sharing 2× year. Lots of supplies and resources available. Awesome people to work with. Great benefits and tuition reimbursement. I can't say enough about this hospital. Very clean. Magnet hospital. Lots of parking.

    Just really sad I had to move. Cafeteria food expensive. Subway in hospital is a plus. Nothing negative to add.

    Sometimes stressful because the department is so short staffed.

    Pros

    Senior techs are good. Decent benefits. Good 401k. They pay for your education if you want to do more schooling. (educational reimbursement)

    Cons

    Not enough staff and no manager support. Lead techs have very little experience. It would be nice if management ask current employees about potential applicants.

    Pros

    Flex schedules allow you to balance work and family. The pay is good as are the benefits. A great place to work!

    Cons

    A hospital is a 24-7 business sometimes you will have to work on holidays and weekends even in an office position.

    Excellent benefits, routine work schedule, co-workers are genuine, many kids cations for staff to work in and transfer to

    Management does not empower or engage staff in department decisions. Management does not seek to develop or people.

    Advice to Management

    Reply to inquiries; engage staff in decisions affecting the department; be more present in the department in a weekly basis; be consistent with staff requirements regarding staff meeting attendance.
