    Pros

I just enjoyed the whole idea of at least feeling like a belonged to something very special and exclusive.

    Cons

The hours sometimes got to me, I always pretty much worked 12 hour shifts.

I have been working at Texas Health Resources full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, great teamwork, and competitive salary.

    Cons

Work/Life balance could be better. In a small hospital we are frequently working holidays and weekends and the sick days are very strict especially if you have small children.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more lenient to parents that have 3+ children that are frequently sick at certain times of the year.

Senior Management is very unorganized with no insight to day-to-day activities. Waiting until the last minute to finish any project, often costing the company money.

Hiring unqualified contractors for management positions without telling current employees of the job opening. Very difficult to move up, very unprofessional.
