    1. Difficult to move around into different teams or business units

    Advice to Management

    Make it easier for employees to try different roles. Doing the same stuff for too long is boring. New roles can be related ones, don't have to be drastic changes, but even a change in focus is a welcome change sometimes.

    Pros

    One of the best companies to work in for Analog Designers. Flexible timings, excellent salary hikes, very high growth opportunities. Excellent cultures and innovative company. Feels like home.

    Cons

    Starting salary is low. No further education benefits.

    Pros

    1. The projects given are relevant to the work going on in the team 2. One gets first hand experience on industry related design standards 3. It is the best place to start work in the electronics field

    Cons

    The NDA restrictions make it difficult to access relevant information easily. One has to work hard towards getting the same. However, its justified at their end to place these restrictions.

    Keep up the good work! Increased interaction with interns could help in evaluating our performance better
