Company with great benefits and average salaries for intermediate jobs.

    Secretarial (Former Employee) Austin, TX

ProsGreat benefits offered to employees. They matched your 401K which was pretty awesome. Provided a healthy atmosphere and offered on site exercise programs at company's expense. Also, had an on-site work out center for employees.

ConsDidn't get to mix with other employees in company because we were not all on the same floor. Felt isolated.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees when they suggest things or are having difficulty with others.

Not bad for a professional association

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Austin, TX

ProsFree parking in downtown location, Good HR department/policies, Nice connection with members, Nice health insurance packages

ConsDepartments do not connect and are not encouraged by management to connect, needs additional staff support, organization would benefit from loosening the purse strings in this regard, no short-term disability offered, stingy with paid vacation time

Advice to Senior ManagementHire more staff and pay them fairly, give your current staff more paid time off and let them actually use it
