ProsInformal Environment
People are friendly. Great team work.
Exposure to many different things.
Access to top leadership at many levels, especially at Corporate. Visibility is easy.
Market pay and benefits.

ConsLot of change lately with leadership.
Very lean staff. You could end up working a lot.
No 9/80 at corporate. Plants have it though.
Hard to understand what it takes to gets promoted. Not sure if there is a good system in place to move, progress people in career development. Seems haphazard.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep articulating and executing your vision. Hire more resources to help with workload. Expand bonus pool to lower level employees.

ProsThey strongly encourage individual ideas. Easy to be heard if you make the effort to speak up. Most of the management team are good about not babysitting employees. Always something to do- I have never been bored. Very comfortable and laid back environment with great people who for the most part all pull their weight. With the new CEO, I strongly feel this company will continue to improve in all areas.

ConsThe company is still trying to change the old culture, so there are still some communication and information sharing issues but it is better than most companies of similar size.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to build the relationship between all members of the company and increase communication and information sharing
