Great management staff and very good at maintaining high morale.

    Server (Current Employee) Tallahassee, FL

ProsExcellent initial employee training program. High volume restaurant that provides great customer value. Management is very flexible and understanding.

ConsRequired to line dance once every hour. While working there I learned four line dances. Not the worst of concerns though.

A good first job, but not much else

Texas Roadhouse Hostess (Former Employee) Asheville, NC

Prosyou can work your way up to being a server from a hostess, and the pay is minimum wage, the hours are good if you are in school or working another job

Consyou have to tip out a lot to the bar and the host stand and still have to pay extra if you don't want to roll your own silverware.
