    Pros

Fun atmosphere.. getting to wear jeans and a tshirt at work is always a plus!

    Cons

Our store doesn't document employees which makes for employees running the show.

    Advice to Management

Depends on how your managing partner runs the show. . Kent remember to grow and expand with the the trend of foods

    Pros

If you work hard management takes notice. Lots of events and competitions to keep everyone happy and on their toes.

    Cons

The customer is always right attitude sucks but management does what they can to keep them happy while also having ur back... As long as you're not at fault.. The importance of dancing is annoying AF but guests enjoy it. You can get fired or pushed out for failing a shop but if you are doing your job right you shouldnt fail. Also context is important!!! If management knows what went down to make u fail they will understand! At least our did in CA.

    Advice to Management

Some nepotism and favoritism exists everywhere but dont let it be rampant. Employees notice when someones relative or "bestie" is getting more shifts. Also Stop hanging w employees!! It is an unethical relationship!

    Pros

Flexible scheduling and gaining sufficient clientele. Taking home cash every night. Fast paced environment. Shift goes by lighting fast. Ability to pick up a double shift.

    Cons

Management was worried more about getting entrées out so quick when/if the customer just received their salad 3 minutes earlier. Having to interrupt and/or put off greeting customers to dance.

    Advice to Management

Having an order put in for a customer and getting it out to them is important, but the customer wants to have time to get their salad and actually have time to eat it prior to getting their entrée. Dancing is a part of the TRH family, but putting off greeting a customer or explaining to them that you'll be right back because you've got to dance is not ok and at times effected receiving the correct tip.
