    Pros

    I always enjoyed going to work. The managers and co-workers were like family to me. There was never a dull moment and had a lot of fun. The flexible schedule was great especially while in school.

    Cons

    I honestly cannot think of any cons. This was a great place to work while going to school.

    Great company to work for- professional yet a laid back feel

    Cons

    Have to work many weekends and holidays, afterall that is the busy time for a retuarant!!

    It is a family-friendly restaurant with young coworkers.

    Cons

    They did not always respect requested time off, and the management was not always respectful to their employees.

    Take care of your employees that continue to come back.

    Pros

    Excellent initial employee training program. High volume restaurant that provides great customer value. Management is very flexible and understanding.

    Cons

    Required to line dance once every hour. While working there I learned four line dances. Not the worst of concerns though.

    Allow stronger servers to take on more tables.

    Pros

    you can work your way up to being a server from a hostess, and the pay is minimum wage, the hours are good if you are in school or working another job

    Cons

    you have to tip out a lot to the bar and the host stand and still have to pay extra if you don't want to roll your own silverware.

    hire more educated managers

    Pros

    Fellow employees where fun, the actual work was not bad. And you were able to have some fun when working.

    Cons

    management was terrible. they were rude and lots their tempers very quickly and could almost never have a "talk" with an employee without yelling in their faces.

    learn how to better manage...lose the temper and act like adults

    It's honestly a lot of fun.

    In ND, they follow the practice of paying "tipped employee" minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

    Pay standard minimum wage, and you won't see such high turnover.
