    Pros

Always a good work environment, my trainer made sure I learned everything I needed to know and took it seriously. hours are great , discount is awesome, coworkers are fun to be around,

    Cons

sometimes leadership is micro managing , secret shoppers, if you get a bad score you could have a 2 table section or food run up to being suspended. bad clientele sometimes.

    Pros

You get to wear jeans and baseball cap to work and listen to country music all night.... not a bad gig. Love the food!

    Cons

The hours aren't conducive to a good family life. If your significant other has a day job or kids are in school it's hard to get to spend much time with them.

I have been working at Texas Roadhouse full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Amazing money!!! Great staff and management is VERY easy to work with. Guests are great and there are lots of regulars.

    Cons

Long hours on the weekends, no real room for advancement, seems like it is VERY difficult to move into management. Maybe they do that to keep key people in front line positions?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More oppoertunities for advancament would be great. Seems very difficult to move into management.

    Free rolls
    Discounted meals
Dancing can be fun when it's not super busy.

    Cons
