    Flexible hours, very friendly helpful people in the hallways, work is interesting and you help make a difference in things going on

    Cons

    No cons. There were some down times between projects where things got dull but welcome the break

    Pros

    College Station is a nice place to raise kids. Head quartered in university campus.

    Cons

    Not very good for academic or scholarly research though it is a part of Texas A&M University system.

    Advice to Management

    No firm career path for new starters.

    Pros

    Low living cost in College Station.
    Low Housing price
    Located in university, have access to lots of university facilities, but you have to pay

    Cons

    Not very cultural diversified and reluctant to the diversification.
    Some employee stick to much to what they are doing, do not want to explore new ideas.
    Very political in every aspect of the organization.
    Too heavily rely on Texas projects.
    Most of employee are TAMU graduate which is not good for academic research.
    Employee salary is not very high, but the senior people's pay are very high.
    Some people work too hard.
    College Station is a very small places and in the middle of nowhere

    I have been working here for the last 2 years. It has been a very healthy working environment I worked with Dr. Fujie Zhou. Everything that needed to learn i order to run the tests and perform data analysis was taught to me perfectly.

    Cons

    I dis not have any negative experience while working at TTI.

    Seemed like a lot of the employees were antisocial. Never could crack any of them.
