Pros
Work across business units to support projects in a virtual setting. Exposure to multiple product lines. Good co-workers locally and at other business units.
Cons
NO advancement opportunities. Skills are not used. You only get to work on what THEY think you should be working on.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to and value your employees. Offer more advancement opportunities for those who work hard and want to move up.
