    Pros

Great room for advancement with in the company as they are continually expanding. I was fortunate enough to work with a great manager and really enjoyed my whole team. They also have a pretty good training program.

    Cons

Really I enjoyed my time here and I know this is going to look the someone in HR is writing this but I have never been so sad to leave a company.

    Advice to Management

Keep empowering your employees and try not to lose the feel as you grow.

    Pros

They will get you some job. Nothing more, nothing more…………………………………………….

    Cons

They keep around 60-70% of the money, I was paid half of what other agencies paid my co-workers for the same position. Addison Group tried to pay me less than what was agreed. I thought it was accidentally but when that happened to another person working for Addison Group I realized - they play the same game with everybody. They sent me to the job without previous interview with the company. I was told it was going to be temp-to-hire position but in the first five minuter after arriving to the company I was told it was only temporary job. Some of the recruiters are young, unexperienced and very unprofessional. They need to have a training in communication with employees.

    Advice to Management

Train your recruiters properly. Do not try to cheat employees on pay stub. If you hire somebody to do accounting in ay company that person will most likely see the % of the payment that you keep.

    Pros

    National presence and many resources.

    Cons

"One size fits all" approach with employees and clients.

    Advice to Management

Not all employees are motivated by the same things. Leadership is not a one size fits all off the shelf software. Recruiters are under pressure to send out 5 resumes per day to make their numbers. Clients don't want to see 5 worthless resumes. It's a big turnoff and does not foster repeat business.

    Pros

I have been at a few other staffing firms.. This is the best situation I have been in. No company is perfect, and management understands that there are always improvements to be made (which in sales is hard to find). The culture is great -- do your job, get the results, and no one is watching over your every move. Management is very supportive and actually cares about you succeeding and that you are happy. I am not sure what the below comments are referring to... Maybe people who have never had another job?

    Cons

Can be chaotic at times. This is to expect in any sales environment.

    Advice to Management

Prepare your workers for the open environment. If someone wants to be put in a corner and never spoken to, then this is not the right job to you.

    Pros

The leadership in our office is excellent. The employees here actually like coming to work here and are very supportive of each other. As opportunities are available, the managers promote from within as much as possible. I also like the way things are run for the most part on a corporate level. I can tell I work under some very passionate people and it's inspiring.

    Cons

Though I feel that the culture is positive and thriving in my location, I have heard stories of a lack of cohesiveness in other offices.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest finding some alternatives to alcohol in team-building activities. Or, at least don't make it alcohol-centric. It's not fun for non-drinkers and obviously can cause people to say or do things they wouldn't normally do. I'm proud of our company from a business standpoint, but I'm not always proud from a social perspective.

    Pros

None at all .. There are no pros I wish to list for this company but there is s 20 word minimum so I will continue to ramble on..........

    Cons

They need classes in HR, communication, and how to to lie and take advantage of their employees..

    Advice to Management

Close down before you get a law suite
