Pros

Wonderful staff. Professionalism. Always striving to do the right thing for clients and patients. Management genuinely care about staff, clients, patients. Personal development engouraged and paid time off given for professional development.
4 weeks paid vacation, and company pays an ADDITIONAL 9% on top of your salary into the retirement fund of your choice.

Cons

Facility is physically becoming short on space, meaning that it can seem noisy and busy. The wonderful staff and lack of egos makes this less of an issue than it might be.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work. Continue to talk to staff. Don't be shy to keep telling the public about what a good job you're doing. Work out a budget for ongoing capital purchases and get the staff involved in this so they can see new things coming down the line.
