I have been working at The Art Institutes (HQ) full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Work with a staff that is second to none. Great group of people who make working for a faceless corporate entity a pleasurable experience. Couldn't ask to work with a group of stronger, more talented, more dedicated individuals.

    Cons

Working for a faceless corporate entity. There is not a lot of direct intervention from corporate but when there is, it is usually deployed as a surprise, without any consultation or input from local campuses and in a manner which shuts down any discussion of other options.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take better care of your employees. Let your actions speak louder than your corporate-speak.
