Adjunct Faculty (Current Employee) Tucson, AZ

ProsFlexibility of hours. Excellent pay. Great opportunities for advancement.

ConsAdjunct Faculty are limited to three courses per semester.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe Art Institute does everything correctly, from marketing to instructor hires. The only area that might be explored is allowing Adjunct Faculty to teach in more than one department.

Art Institute of Ohio - Cincinnati

Adjunct Faculty (Current Employee) Cincinnati, OH

ProsAI is a good place to work. Competent and professional management, great support, up-to-date equipment and facilities. Management is very supportive of the faculty and staff.

ConsThe problem common to all proprietary education - the admission of some under-qualified students who simply shouldn't be in college.

Advice to Senior ManagementI believe you're doing a pretty good job. The faculty is competent and engaged, the administration seems to have a better-than-average concern for student progress. I'm glad I work here.

    I miss it

Teacher Assistant (Former Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsFriendly staff, good environment, gives you time to work on homework as well.

ConsYou might rarely have students need your help in your area of expertise, and once they finally do need your help and make an appointment, you're a little rusty.

Advice to Senior ManagementI loved my manager, and thought she did an awesome job.
