I worked at The Barking Crab
Pros – Staff are friendly. Owners seem to have good intentions.
Cons – Manager turnerover rate: 20+ in a year. Anyone else concerned? Upper management is unprofessional on every possible level and has no boundries.
Advice to Senior Management – Upper management is in need of a performance review. Either they are a poor judge of character or impossible to work with based on the turnover rate alone. Figure out what your priorities and target market are if you want to survive in this economy.

I have been working at The Barking Crab
Pros – You make sometimes over $1000 a week in the summer.
Cons – You only make good money in the summer. Conditions are terrible. It's hot. They force you to wear black pants outside in the summer. You are not allowed to have water bottles on the floor because it violates health code. They force you to come in at 3:30 and do not allow you to eat until close. The place is like a paid Nazi camp.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop using people.
