Pros – Great benefit package, wonderful coworkers. That's about it.
Cons – Management will lie and tell you that 32 hours, which is what's guaranteed "hardly ever happens" and that it's usually well over that VERY UNTRUE. Apheresis team gets barely over part time on a regular basis, but they will tell you having another job is impossible to do. Hours are never set and you may not know how long your day will be or if you're even working until the morning of. On call pay is a joke and they claim to have "competitive wages" ha. Funny.
Advice to Senior Management – BE HONEST and you may not go through nurses like you change your underwear. Don't talk to adults like they are children or complete imbeciles.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
