    Pros

work with some pretty cool people. You can also pick your own hours. For the most part if you have a good team it can be a good job, however, if even one person is out of sync it can throw off the balance of the store and then everything goes bad.

    Cons

you get paid absolute garbage unless you manipulate people into buying clothes they don't need with money they don't have.

    Advice to Management

hire a better manager, either make it hourly or only commission because getting little money with barely any commission doesn't work.

    Pros

Promote from within, ongoing training, personal relationship with upper management, your opinion counts, freedom to run your business yet they offer structure, great managent training program, internships, incentive based pay.

    Cons

Not a lot of cons, but it is difficult to move to the next level considering the longevity of the district managers

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing. Always do what makes most sense for the guests and the teams. Don't lose sight of that when trying new things.

    Pros

The discount is great (40% off everything). Working retail enables you to step out of our comfort zone and strike up a conversation with just about anyone. (But you could gain that experience else wear).

    Cons

Totally abrasive environment. I feel as if I'm attacking people with clothing. 7 jeans/2 tops per Jean/3 shoes. Recruit every person..buckle cards..loyalty programs.. There's about 20 steps per customer and it's very overwhelming. I have worked retail management for 5 years previously and this is a completely different environment. I wouldn't recommend it. Their competitors are way better to work for. My shifts are 10 hours long with a 30 min break. 55+ hours a week with crap pay.

    Advice to Management

Stop paying so much attention on recruiting and work to develop the staff you already have! You wouldn't need so many employees if you got everyone to their fullest potential.

    Pros

Discount clothing with 40% off. Start at 11 an hr with minimum experience. Enjoyed the food location, and style.
