ConsNone that I can think of, other than that the pay seems to run a bit low compared to other places I know of.

Flexibility, but you pay a price.

Senior Presentation Specialist (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsFlexible, a lot of talented individuals to work with. Some really really great people.

ConsManagement at the top is a revolving doorr. Your reward for a job well done is more and more work. No respect for the work/life balance. If you had any criticisms, you were deemed negative.

Advice to Senior ManagementRealize the people that are truly great at their professions and give them the credit they deserve, in the forms of recognition, compensation, etc. you try but it just doesn't quite feel true.

    Overall very good company

Medical Copy Editor (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsPrioritizes training and in-house promotion. Lots of opportunity for career development.

ConsIt's advertising--short notice overtime, weekend work, can be very demanding deadline work. If the client needs it, you do it. But it pays overtime so there is opportunity for significant extra money.

Extremely efficient and well organized agency. Mangers distribute tasks fairly and aren't afraid to get involved.

Senior Account Executive (Current Employee) New York, NY

Pros-Teams work together to really address client needs, rather than the politics that usually plague agencies. The processes they employ also keep all work moving making it clear where there are weak links for even better results moving forward.

Cons-Freelance direction on contract start dates and end dates are a bit hazy
    - Not a lot of room for negotiation for freelance wages

    Best of the best

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsYou will work and learn from the best here. The smartest, sharpest people in the business. It is the high level of the talent that makes life different here.

ConsIt's not for everybody. This is no place to hang out. You will be pushed and will be asked to grow and work hard. It is fun and satisfying, but challenging.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep pushing and reaching to be better.
