Pros – The people who do the actual work are all very nice.
Cons – Most upper level management has no clue how to run a Center. Budget goals are so hi that meeting them to make bonus is very difficult.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to those in the Centers.

Pros – They will hire anyone that needs a job.
Cons – Benefits & compensation are not competitive. Promotions are not justified properly. Some employees are promised promotions for 6+ months before they are put into play. Staff is not trained properly. Confidentiality is not taken seriously.
Advice to Senior Management – Re-evaluate the managers with high dept turn over.

Pros – Will hire just about anyone
Cons – It is a very clique-oriented environment. Once favorites are chosen you are crap out of luck if you are not one of them. The company culture is one if secrecy and manipulation. The highest employee turnover I have ever seen. All employees will face some form of bullying at some point during their employment. They will also face verbal assault. The leadership is almost non-existent.
Advice to Senior Management – It's too late, the best thing for the board to do would be to close shop and start over. The company is by far the worst. Hire better leaders. Take educated employees more seriously.
