Pros
Money is good.
Working from home.
Benefits are so-so.
Life balance; not that much work.
Cons
Extremely poor management communication.
Many management layers with a lot of processes that are followed at times and create a bottle neck.
Surprised anything gets done.
Lots of bureacracy.
Have to drink the "coke" to like the culture.
Plenty of red-tape.
Marketing giant company, not an IT leader.
Too much reliance on consultants and contractors. No in-house knowledge.
Facilities are terrible; dirty and disgusting.
No career growth opportunties if you are not part of the team.
Advice to Senior Management
Eliminate the red tape and put processes that make sense and are well documented. Just because you have processes, does not mean you are running a well oiled machine.
Pros
The Coca-Cola Company pays it's employees very well, but if you think out of the box or have fresh ideas, forget it.
Cons
The company is 125 years old, so there is an old management style that tends to thrive in the atmosphere. Most people stay for the pay but leave when they can't take it anymore
Advice to Senior Management
Hire and retain good talent and be open to change. We get that you are an old, respected company but you have been stagnant for awhile. Embrace change and diversity and the skies the limit!
Pros
Local company, family owned
Strong product line, #1 beverage in the world
Employees are dedicated and devoted to help make company successful
Cons
Limited advancement opportunities
physical demands
Growing so fast that soemtimes it is difficult to complete tasks without adding more employees
Advice to Senior Management
Consider adding more employees so that your existing employees do not get burned out
Continue being successful and taking over the marketplace
Pros
You learn a lot. You work with really interesting people. You get to work on interesting projects. Great colleagues. Great management. Good amount of resources available.
Cons
Long hours, but worth it.
Pros
Decent health and retirement benefits. Fair pay and bonus structure. Free product in the building and large selection of places to eat on-site. Company events for employees.
Cons
Limited work-life balance, flexibility depends on if manager will allow it. Not friendly to working mothers/dual income families. Old school and formal. Career development limited. Not easy to move within the company.
Advice to Senior Management
Implement changes and policies that improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover. Such as policies like telecommuting that allow more work-life balance. Set-up processes for approval of policies so Managers can't say no because they don't like it, only if there is a business reason to deny the employee that benefit.
Pros
-Best brands
-International outlook and exposure
-Team diversity
Cons
-Stagnating economic environment
-Developed market conditions
Advice to Senior Management
-Even bolder experiments
Pros
Independence to try out new things, and establish processes. Support from top management.
Cons
Top management decision-making, and collaboration. Responsiveness from key senior managers.
Advice to Senior Management
Take tough decisions... Associates think the management team does not have common approach to resolving core issues and long-term strategy.
Pros
Good Benefits. Monday through Friday in the Account Manager position.
Cons
Long hours, low pay, poor communication. District Managers are always on routes and are overwhelmed. Never enough manpower. Upper Management is Lazy and very demanding, bogged down bye emails and phone calls. Drivers are not held accountable for anything but their hours.
Advice to Senior Management
Need more feet on the street. Get rid of some of the upper management (good old boys) that have been there for years and are in their own little click. Reward people that exceed in all aspects of the job.
Pros
Its agood workplace to work for your career growth, learning and gain expertise in your field.
Opportunities to diversify within your field of work if opted for. Modern day Quality tools used for better productivity and management.
Cons
Needs some more openness towards employee welfare and benefits. HR needs to be more proactive and dynamic to retain employees by way of analysing gaps.

Good Experience Guaranteed provided you are willing to stay long
Cons
no job security and could be laid off anytime
