The Coffee Bean Barista in Singapore (Singapore):   (Past Employee - 2006)

    Pros

If you are unemployed, it's a good place to work with to earn money to cover living expenses while looking for other stable job.
A good working environment and the only downside is the pay and the irregular working time. Other than that, I've no problem at all. On promotion, I have no idea because I worked for less than 7 months. It was an overall good experience.
Your social life will get better each day and you'll know more people and come across different type of people. To me, that's great.
If I were unemployed, I would want to work at coffee bean again provided that I couldn't find any other side job with much higher income.

    Cons

Low pay. Irregular working time schedule

    Advice to Senior Management

Pay should be higher or in-line with other companies of similar types.
