Pros – It was a great people environment, while it lasted. Projects were very impactful and engaged with the senior most levels of companies in their business, HR and IT organizations. The model nicely reinforced the three lines of business: Executive Education (Multi-client and Custom Ed), Multi-client Research Projects, and high-level advisory services.
Cons – It's dead now. The Concours Group was acquired by nGenera in 2007. In 2008, ranks of Concours people were decimated as nGenera turned itself into a software company.
Advice to Senior Management – Not applicable.
