    Pros

Full-time work, good PTO. At the CSR and team supervisor level, can maintain a good work:life balance. Some advancement opportunities. Since the company is seemingly always hiring, it is a good place to get a job in a pinch.

    Cons

Poor health care. Company doesn't display flexibility with certain arbitrary policies. Can be very frustrating. Company has no clear direction, as plans change consistently as upper-level management is seemingly always in a state of flux. Most employees still feel they are simply a number. Overall attitude of employees towards the company is negative.

    Pros

Relaxed dress code and attendance policy.

    Cons

Employees are a number. Very impersonal. No pay raises. No incentive to do more than the minimum. Very repetitive work.

    Advice to Management

Reward high performers sometimes instead of focusing on punishing low performers.

    Pros

There are no pros for with at/with The Connection - at least not in the Credo Mobile division.

    Cons

Impossible standards. Pitting you against other teams who were allowed to use closing methods you were not. No support when you were struggling.

    Advice to Management

    Get your act together.

    Pros

good training, meet some nice people along the way

    Cons

absolutely ridiculous attendance policy, even with a doctor's note you still get the point or even when you are admitted into the hospital. Very unprofessional supervisors who yell across the room and don't know how to be quiet when you're trying to listen on the phone. Getting 5 different answers from 5 different people. Some people shouldn't even be trainers because they don't know their you know what from their elbow. Pay is terrible.

    Advice to Management

Have supervisors that actually act professional and don't yell at you from across the room. Don't demote certain people for sending inappropriate texts to their agents, just fire them because that is disgusting. Seriously, get your act together and realize things happen in life that will prevent people from going to work like sickness or a car accident. We're not perfect. We're human not robots.

    Pros

Employees are hard working, dedicated. Because of the diverse client base, you get a lot of experience in different industries.

    Cons

Corporate culture, constant change in direction that doesn't line up with strategic mission at times.

    Advice to Management

    CEO should set aside.

    Pros

One of the best work/life balances I have ever experienced. You are going to work hard (very hard at times) in the office, but when it comes time for family that always comes first. This job has pushed my level of business creativity to a level I never thought possible. If you love puzzles and problem solving you came to the right place. Every day presents a new challenge, and rarely is it ever the same thing twice.

    Cons

My con can also be a pro in many ways. The organization is under going a revitalization, and adding many new service offerings and clients. Much of this is begin driven from shake up of the top brass over the last couple years. It has really made the office fun again, but also made many of us who have been there a long time have to completely relearn what we already knew.

    Advice to Management

Keep bringing in the new client's, and adding these new services. It is a lot of work, but the feeling around the office is that this new direction will allow the company to be around for another 30+ years!

    Pros

I learned a lot about different types of software, resolving customer issues, and I've met some cool people. I've also had opportunities to move up.

    Cons

Management doesn't care about the well-being of their employees, pay is low, awful attendance policy, high school drama, etc.

    Advice to Management

Actually stand by your employees and get rid of some people who aren't doing their jobs.
