    Pros

Employees are hard working, dedicated. Because of the diverse client base, you get a lot of experience in different industries.

    Cons

Corporate culture, constant change in direction that doesn't line up with strategic mission at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    CEO should set aside.

I have been working at The Connection full-time

    Pros

One of the best work/life balances I have ever experienced. You are going to work hard (very hard at times) in the office, but when it comes time for family that always comes first.

This job has pushed my level of business creativity to a level I never thought possible. If you love puzzles and problem solving you came to the right place. Every day presents a new challenge, and rarely is it ever the same thing twice.

    Cons

My con can also be a pro in many ways. The organization is under going a revitalization, and adding many new service offerings and clients. Much of this is begin driven from shake up of the top brass over the last couple years. It has really made the office fun again, but also made many of us who have been there a long time have to completely relearn what we already knew.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep bringing in the new client's, and adding these new services. It is a lot of work, but the feeling around the office is that this new direction will allow the company to be around for another 30+ years!

I have been working at The Connection full-time

    Pros

I learned a lot about different types of software, resolving customer issues, and I've met some cool people. I've also had opportunities to move up.

    Cons

Management doesn't care about the well-being of their employees, pay is low, awful attendance policy, high school drama, etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Actually stand by your employees and get rid of some people who aren't doing their jobs.

The work place itself was very mutual. Easy tasks for the most part ,but that $9.00/hr never increased to anything.

    Pros

They offer medical and paid time-off.

    Cons

They do not offer much support after training making it hard to succeed. They have a weird PTO system where if you're sick even if you get a note you still get punished and loose points for attendance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make employee satisfaction more a priority and they won't leave so quickly.
