I can't believe this company made the top 50,

Property Manager (Former Employee)
Dallas, TX

I worked at The Connor Group full-time for more than a year

ProsWorking with residents, making their homes as welcoming as possible (within Connor Group limits which did not allow for much)

ConsDo your research before taking a job with this company look up what they do to their residents, (or don't do) The leadership fills these opinion surveys out to pad the public opinion of them. They are unethical in so many ways. Thus very very high turnover.

Awful Corporate Culture

Profit Center Manager (Current Employee)
Atlanta, GA

I have been working at The Connor Group full-time for more than a year

ProsDecent pay IF you are new to the industry - but comparable if you have experience.

ConsAs the PCM you will work more than one weekend per month (as you are told in your interview). Bonuses are quarterly (and capped despite your results or achievements) AND your direct reports bonus monthly.

Advice to Senior ManagementNone. They wouldn't pay attention anyway.
