    Pros

I honestly can't think of any.

    Cons

    Crazy high turnover
Since the turnover is so high, the leadership is horrible. Nobody really knows what they are doing.
You pretty much feel like you are walking on eggshells because any day you could be fired out of the clear blue sky

    Pros

    Decent pay. GREAT insurance benefits!

    Cons

Company showers you in expensive gifts to make it harder to notice when they crap on you. Property managers show favoritism to whoever they are screwing that week. Maintenance is treated like crap as well as office staff. Property managers treat entire team like they are worthless minions. Micromanagement is a horrible problem and management is incredibly rude.

    Advice to Management

No one likes to be micromanaged. If you were nicer to tenants, they might want to renew leases. When you cant keep employees for longer than 2 months, this should tell you something about your management skills. "Attitude reflects leadership"

    Pros

Great coworkers and team work environment. Everyone supported each other. That was because we had no choice since we were owned by a not so nice person.

    Cons

Stay away, very far away! This company cares nothing about it's employees or its tenants. They care nothing more than cutting the budget and just barely passing inspections. They care nothing about tenant safety at all and cut corners at every chance. If you see a positive review on this Website that is because senior management offered bonuses or gift cards to those that wrote a positive review. All communities owned by The Connor Group are at risk due to lack of real management!

    Advice to Management

Grow some morals! Your ancestors would be embarrassed by you!!!

    Pros

Good benefits and the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in numerous areas in the maintenance field. If you are not acquiring new skills as a professional at the Connor Group you are not doing your job.

    Cons

Work load and high expectations rule out the faint of heart. You will find you are capable of more than you thought you were; not everyone is built for high pressure work environments. Save yourself the heartache if you are looking for an easy job.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to trust a good employee's judgement.

    Pros

co-workers and residents... other than that not much to say here, wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy... stay away from them

    Cons

realistic expectations aren't set, favoritism is always in play, cheap company that doesn't care about the residents that live there and make them money, cuts corners, overcharges residents as well as picks and chooses who to raise rates to... doesn't fix maintenance problems and scams people out of their money

    Advice to Management

learn how to be ethical people

    Pros

Working at The Connor Group has been outstanding. It can be very challenging but also extremely rewarding! They focus on their employees and provide a great environment and culture to work in. The associates are provided with clear expectations and are set up for a success! There is great potential to be promoted at any level and grow within the company!

    Cons

Long hours at times but typically well worth the time. The job is high energy and high pressure and is not a job for someone who likes to manage from behind the desk.

    Pros

Great training program, they will teach you everything that you need to know about sales. Amazing rewards & recognition program for employees. Regional and property managers are extremely easy to talk to and will bend over backwards to help you if you ask for help. There is a real "family" atmosphere in the office which makes working a lot more enjoyable! There are also limitless career growth opportunities in every field within this company.

    Cons

As with any commission/sales job you're under constant pressure to meet your sales goal. Many associates rely on their commission checks to support themselves which creates even more stress & pressure.

    Advice to Management

Evaluate salary/hourly pay on a yearly basis (based on performance of course) to keep pay compatible for your long time employees.
