Invests in associates, great place to work!

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Centerville, OH

ProsThe Connor Group offers great health benefits and 401(k) which are huge pluses. Management wants to see associate growth and they challenge and reward people who work hard and perform well. Also, the people I work with are great! People are willing to go above and beyond in their roles to help out and make sure they're doing a good job. Overall, I think the strong company performance and investment in associates is a reflection of The Connor Group's strong culture and core values.

I can't believe this company made the top 50,

Property Manager (Former Employee) Dallas, TX

ProsWorking with residents, making their homes as welcoming as possible (within Connor Group limits which did not allow for much)

ConsDo your research before taking a job with this company look up what they do to their residents, (or don't do) The leadership fills these opinion surveys out to pad the public opinion of them. They are unethical in so many ways. Thus very very high turnover.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
