Pros – Since my expertice reside in Java, and i got a chance to work int he same techonlogy, which allowed me to inprove my skill set

Cons – Good environment to work. The place and team that i worked with is really good and they always want to improve the skillset.

Advice to Senior Management – They have to improve the quality and perfomance which are the areas that they ar enot concerned much as of now.

Pros – The Corp promotes an extremely social atmosphere, flexible hours, great alumni connections, and opportunities for advancement. There are also many non-work related groups and committees to join within the Corp.

Cons – The pay isn't amazing, but it is a student job. In light of that, it isn't too bad. The hours can be difficult at times (early mornings or late nights), but schedules are flexible for the most part.
