I have been working at The Crow's Nest Restaurant
Pros – Good money, beautiful "office", respect from management, easy to get time off
Cons – Have to tip out a very large percentage of server tips, including tipping the kitchen where the Crows nest should pay their cooks more and not rely on servers to. Being made to stand around when your section has not gotten any tables all day just so the management can feel safe should there be a sudden rush.
Advice to Senior Management – Promote more from within. I have seen many deserving employees get turned down to their request for advancement.
