“Great place to work, with great opportunities for advancement”
I have been working at The Durable Slate Company full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Very competitive wages and excellent opportunities for advancement. I can't express how great the management at Durable Slate has helped me perform better at my job and grow! I've been at the company for a few years now, and I'm very happy with my responsibilities and compensation package. I think it's awesome that they send their guys on fully paid vacations after 10 years, flight and everything!!
Cons – Sometimes I have to work some long hours, but I don't have to all the time. There's a certain give and take with any job, but I wouldn't trade in this job for any of the other jobs I've ever had.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
