“Friendly, family oriented place”
Former Employee – worked at The Edgewood Centre
Pros – Family oriented, peoples are treated like humans, not like numbers, management is open for communication, good balance between work and private life
Cons – Unavailability to grow a lot, There is very rare chance to have an open top management position. It seems they are forever taken. Maybe that's why there is a family oriented approach existing
Advice to Senior Management – So far they you are doing good. Keep treating people like human and you will get more of them in return. And, this is very important, the return will not be "forced" so it is more valuable.

Pros – Integrity, responsiveness to my concerns, support taking risks, encourages openness between all staff levels.
Cons – Not specific to Edgewood but industry-wide, helping professionals are not well-payed.
