Details
Pros
Great organization with a great mission. A leader in the field, working on all fronts to ensure everyone has access to nutritios food.
Cons
Pay is decent but really should be higher for entry level employees because it is the work we do that brings the organization so much recognition and grant support.
Advice to Senior Management
Better compensation, but otherwise the leadership at the Food Trust is great. Very open, accessible and a truly fun place to work.
