“Good for the discount and that's about it! Lazy, inefficient, dumb managment that is too cliquish.”

Pros

Great discount that is applicable to sister brands Old Navy and Banana Republic. Flexible scheduling. Work as a holiday temp & stock up!

Cons

Poor management that are snooty, snobby and cliquish. They constantly look down on Sales Associate. No appreciate whatsoever. No ability to recognize hardworking employees versus lazy employees. No recognition of people's past work experience & how they can bring their talents/skills to the Gap.

Advice to Senior Management

Smarten up and start promoting smart, efficient co-workers in the company. Train workers so that they can all areas of the store including Gap Kids.
