    Pros

They have a very flexible work environment. The supervisors were always accommodating if you needed to go to appointment or leave early for something. Work hard, play hard atmosphere.

    Cons

There is a lot of movement in upper management which made for an unstable work environment at times.

    Pros

Great employee discount. Huge plus. I met some great people there. Having trouble thinking of pros to put here

    Cons

I hated kids and babies now and I didn't used to. It's hard to get as many hours you need without constantly picking up others shifts which makes for a super irregular schedule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Turn over is so easy here that they don't value the employees too much because they're replaced all the time

    Pros

Great environment to work in for those that love a challenge. The leadership team in every store I worked at was exceptional, much like a family. If I ever had a problem I knew who I could go to first. It was very rewarding to see people I've trained grow around me, and to physically see the work you do on a day to day basis. The pay is very fair for retail, but at a high cost.

    Cons

It is incredibly difficult to maintain a work-life balance. Working in a Top-100 store, it is fairly easy to find myself working 60-80 hours a week paid in store handling the business, the branding, and all my other duties. In addition to that is probably another 20 hours at home planning all the merchandising that needs to happen with a very limited number of hours budgeted. I can see myself working 4:00 to 15:00 a few days in a row, followed by a couple 21:00 to 8:00 shifts as a typical work week.
