Good benefits, good pay and a nice environment. Everyone is friendly and they have a variety of jobs available.

    Cons

Theres not much of a respect from the top and they don't care much about their employees.

    Pros

Many caring staff interested in doing the right thing. Looks like lots of money spent on environment.

    Cons

Clear lack of leadership and respect from top management. Rude people don't even look up from texting while walking past me. Share some of the wealth with staff. No raise in a long time.

    Advice to Management

    Treat the staff with respect.

    Pros

    The benefits are just OK

    Cons

Watch out! Nothing good will come from this place.. extremely condescending to just about everyone. Plan on being underpaid, underappreciated, & understaffed just about every day!! was between jobs and took a job here for a few months but everyone will get under your skin in no time if you have any self respect.

    Advice to Management

1.The word ''human'' is in human resources. Can only give you advice and not common sense. Stop the sabotage by the way. As crooked as they come.

    Pros

Well organized facility to work for if you work for the company and not agency. My advice is to get hired straight from the company. They pay very well and their are educational learning experience also

    Cons

Once you go through agency you have to wait 3 months to get hired and not work at the company during this time. They are very slow to give raises even though they are able to. They don't have consistency with your unit that you work on. Constantly moving you even after you started working

    Pros

The campus is great, lots of interesting challenges, some great people, decent benefits

    Cons

Low salary, no bonuses, benefits are getting less and less generous, projects are hands out with minimum information and expects to be done on a shoestring.

    Pros

Plenty of opportunity to advance within the company. Benefit package is very nice. My department was family friendly, that can be hard to find.

    Cons

Biggest challenge is to be flexible as expectations can change daily. Can be a very fast paced and stressful job. You need a thick skin to work here.

    Advice to Management

Need to work on being more professional when delivering reprimand. They tend to do it in front of office staff, loudly in a demeaning fashion.

    Pros

    Great, competent manager.
Some friendly, well educated, cooperative, and understanding co-workers.

    Cons

Incompetent, incoherent, verbally abusive, barking nursing staff.
Constantly understaffed in all departments, including my own.
Place is too big and houses too many residents for the amount of workers it employs or available to work.
    Snobby, rude administrators.

    Advice to Management

You need a thorough reorganization from top to bottom.
Try getting some nurses and nursing assistants who don't bark and bellow every time they're spoken to.
