Pros – Every day there are different tasks to accomplish - you don't have to worry about being bored with monotonous work. You are allowed to wear numerous hats and learn a lot about various jobs. Heinz Center is set up to let employees really grow with the organization.
Cons – Consistency and stability of upper management. There is a lot of transitioning within and you have to be ready to adjust to the changes.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to let lower level employees and interns shine and learn as much as possible from the project managers and directors.
