    Pros

    The Hindu takes good care of its employees who values and respects the organization values and culture and will conduct its day to day job in adherence to those standards

    Cons

    Its little old school as far as adapting to change is concerned which can sometimes leave it behind the areas of cut throat competition.

    Balance between values that you would like to preserve and new values that would like to be incorporated in order to create a sustainable business for The Hindu for the next 135 years

    One of the best media companies to work at, The Hindu is known for its job security. A slew of employee welfare measures are in place, making it one of the lucrative places to work at.

    It has a very conventional work set-up that restricts newbies with certain type of assignments.

    We have to take effort to know what are the various benefits that are available for us.

    Need for better relationship with the employees. Money alone does not matter. Implement Majithia Wage Board without delay.
