    Pros

It is a steady place of employment and a solid company with alot of opportunities to grow in the retail business.

    Cons

The company does not have a medical plan that is as cost effective as it should be for a company of its size and the number of employees.

    Advice to Management

They need to give back to the people that make the store what it is today as far as productivity sharing could be alot higher and raises to those who have been along time.

    Pros

Co workers very good to work with

    Cons

Manager is clueless. was promoted rather than fired.

    Advice to Management

Customer service is NOT part of the depot anymore. They talk the talk, but not the walk. Home Depot quit caring about its employees about 10 years ago. now we could care less about the Home Depot. I use to come in on my own time to help customers and the store, now its just a JOB. A poor job at that.
