    Pros

    people are great. helpful, supportive. Management lets you explore different departments.

    Cons

    Tough to get paid on time. Management was not concerned about timely compensation. Would keep on postponing it.

    Pros

    Indian Express has a good Advertising sales team, Aggressive marketing team. The readers normally appreciate Bold investigative stories,Innovative supplements and features.

    Cons

    The management is not making enough efforts to promote circulation. The newsprint quality is not up to the mark. The quality of news is not satisfactory and many a times biased either to create sensation or with vested interests.

    Advice to Management

    Credibility is at stake.
